Terms of Use
By installing and using Solvotor you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
1. The service
Solvotor is a free mobile game with a fresh set of puzzles every day, supported by advertising. It is operated by M. Kaan Çeçen (independent developer, Türkiye). Contact: mkcecen@hotmail.com
2. Your account
- The app creates an anonymous guest account for you on first launch. You may link it to Google or Apple.
- Progress on a guest account is tied to the device: it does not survive uninstalling the app or switching phones. Linking your account is the only way to keep it.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not share it.
3. Usernames
A username is 3–20 characters and may contain only lowercase letters, digits, underscores and dots. We may change a username or close an account without prior notice if the name is abusive, impersonates someone, promotes hate, or is used as advertising space.
4. Fair play
Leaderboards only mean something if the game is played honestly. The following are prohibited:
- Modifying the app or its traffic, or reverse engineering it to obtain puzzle solutions;
- Generating scores with automation, bots or emulator farms;
- One person appearing on the leaderboard through multiple accounts;
- Clicking, or inducing clicks on, ads to inflate advertising revenue;
- Overloading the service or attempting to bypass its security measures.
Where we detect such behaviour we may void scores, remove the account from leaderboards, or close it.
5. Advertising
The app shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded ad is optional and grants an extra hint. Ad content is selected by Google; we are not responsible for advertisers' content or the sites they link to.
6. Intellectual property
The Solvotor name, logo, design, puzzle generation and source code are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from it.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that leaderboards are always reachable. We may add, change or remove features; if we discontinue the service entirely, we will announce it in the app beforehand.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from use of the app. Nothing here affects consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time via Settings > Delete account > Delete my account; see account deletion. We may close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country.
11. Changes
If these terms change, the effective date is updated and significant changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
